Teatro Expedicion De Filipinas stages "Pepe: Ang Talambuhay At Panaginip Ni Rizal"

"Pepe: Ang Talambuhay at Panaginip ni Rizal" (Pepe: The Life Story and Dream of Rizal) is a musical production written and directed by Joey Paras.

It's the night before Jose Rizal's, the Philippine's National Hero, execution and he is not ready to face death.  He goes back and check what has happened in his life and dreams of having a very familiar looking kid that takes him back to this journey of his life.  He talks to the boy about his greatest works, Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo.  And as the moment of death nears, the kid reminds him of the essential part of his life that made him ready to face the judgment.

This is not the first Joey Paras production I have seen, thus I had some certain expectations.  I'll do my best to set those expectations aside for the moment and just lay down the facts.

NOTD: OPI Rose Petals

Apologies for my equally pink hand. I didn't want to edit too much since it would also change the color of the polish. I'll try to do better next time.

Shoe Shopping at ShoeMart

Or most commonly known as SM. With the recent scandal or news surrounding SM North Edsa I was having second thoughts on going to this mall, but it also made me think, this could also be the safest place right now because they would definitely increase their security. So, off to SM Department Store, to celebrate my birthday in a little retail therapy, or shoe shopping to be more specific.

I go to the department store when I buy shoes because, it's just way cheaper and less tiring. Women's shoes are all in one section, thus, no need to go from one shop to another. Plus, this time I have a time limit of about an hour before closing time so, I needed all the time and having everything all on one place I managed to snag these goodies.

Free Jagged Apps: Instagram

One of the things that kept me away from my laptop since last year, was my iTouch 4!

I just loved the fact that it has built in camera, since I looove taking pictures! I may not be as good as most but I simply enjoy it. And bumping into Instagram, a cool photo-sharing app, made me enjoy it even more!

PETA stages "William": A Rap Musical

The Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA) stages "William". Written by Ron Capinding and directed by Maribel Legarda.

It's a modern and realistic take on how today's youth face the challenges of life and learning about a much complicated and boring, as it may initially seem, works of the great writer, William Shakespeare.

The story revolves around the lives of 5 Junior students as they deal about, coming out of the closet, bullying, falling in love, being in a broken family and having the strength and courage to stand out and make something of yourself; while understanding and memorizing excerpts of Shakespeare's well known works.

Blogger Now Has an App for iTouch and iPhone for Free

I have been waiting for sooo long for this and I can't believe it's here already!

I'll be able to blog anytime, anywhere! I have tried other apps but they're too hard to work with. I want a simple tool and of course supported by Blogger, and it's now here!

I even signed up for new blog hosts, but really didn't have what I have loved in Blogger.

I know, it has been almost 10 months since my last post, and I have a lot of excuses, but never thought any of them valid. And one of these is being hooked up with my iTouch more than my laptop. And without an app for Blogger it's really very hard to drag myself to open my laptop and blog. Photo transfers were also a toll, so, with this app, it would be a breeze!

I simply can't wait to start! I have just downloaded the app a couple of minutes before I started to write this entry. And I'm already listing in my head the endless list of things to blog about to make-up for my almost 10-month long hiatus.

So, watch out for more entries from me as I blog about the things that I've been occupied with in my long absence. The Jagged Barn is back! Let me know what you've missed and for iPhone and/or iTouch users how are you enjoying the app so far?!? I'm simply loving it right now!
